5. Google OAuth Scopes and Permissions
To provide the Service, Ops System may request Google OAuth scopes required for the application’s functionality. We request permissions to support specific features and workflows.
A. Current Spreadsheet Access
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly
This permission provides read/write access limited to the specific Google Sheet in which the add-on, script, or application is running. It is used to read data, write results, manage in-sheet automations, and operate dashboard features.
B. Drive File Access
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This permission provides access to Google Drive files that you create with or explicitly open using the Service. It is used for saving templates, reports, artifacts, exports, and enabling file-by-file workflows you control.
C. Apps Script Permissions
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapphttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.uihttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_requesthttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.projectshttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.deployments
These permissions are used to manage triggers and ScriptApp settings, render custom dialogs, sidebars, and menus, make approved outbound HTTPS requests, access Apps Script project metadata, and manage Apps Script deployments required to deliver fixes, updates, and application functionality.
D. Spreadsheet Read-Only Access
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly
This permission allows read-only access to spreadsheets. It may be used for background monitoring, formula validation, error detection, data checks, or other workflows that do not require modifying the sheet through this specific permission.
E. Full Spreadsheet Access
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
This permission allows the Service to see, edit, create, and delete Google Sheets spreadsheets. It may be used for advanced spreadsheet workflows, including automating connected dashboards, managing central control sheets, refreshing import formulas, enabling inter-sheet operations, and automating IMPORTRANGE access or similar spreadsheet workflows at scale.
F. Revoking Access
You may revoke the Service’s access at any time through your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access may disable part or all of the Service.
G. Scope Changes
If we add, remove, or change requested Google OAuth scopes, we may ask you to re-consent and may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or in-product notices accordingly. Continued use after re-consent constitutes acceptance of the updated permissions and terms.
6. License to Use the Service
